Alesia Pratt was born in Oakland, California and later moved to Louisiana when she was ten years old. She went to university in the same state and now she teaches art/art appreciation for K to 8. If she isn't teaching then she is spending her time learning new skills and attempting to organize her thoughts well enough to write a comic (or a novel).
